Went there on 09/30/22 around 4pm Window #11, giving this description in case management of DMV look over this. Counter Person named Sam she said her name is when I ask her at the end. She smiled when I asked her name, like it is some kind of Joke. Never had such a rude counter person in my life. While she was communicating with us she was not speaking she was yelling at us. She keep on telling us for different help we need Go Online. I speak English, I could only imagine how she would be treating someone who can’t even speak English. Very Racist Person. I’m not against Tatoos but she was all tattooed up ghetto person, I think who should work at some getto place not at DMV

Usually I don't have to wait long they need to mark where lines begin and end instead of waiting in one line and it becomes 2

We got there at 8am..had appointments. Didn't get out of there until past 1pm..5 hours. When I sat the appointment up, I asked specifically what I needed to bring with me. When we got there was told something different. Now on top of the 5 hour visit today, I have to go back.
