No, these kiosks are only for vehicle registration renewals. Id's are only initially available via a dmv office. You may complete an identification renewal under certain circumstances by the dmv's online portal though. Make an appointment for the dmv and save yourself a couple of hours in line if your situation requires a visit to the dmv office.
