Would never recommend this taxi. Had me waiting for over 2hrs just for them to never have a driver to want to pick me up. I have never in my life.

Filthy and disrespectful but I only had cash available. Still tipped him well but his vehicle was filthy and he had a bad attitude.

This is the worst taxi service in Greensboro NC to date. I've been currently waiting for taxi since 7pm and it's now 8:00 pm. Understandable the taxi service has heavy traffic but I'm in the mix of downtown and the east side of Greensboro NC. It shouldn't a hour for a taxi to come. I see why Uber, Lyft and other new companies are eating off your plate United Yellow. Fix your service or get better drivers or something. Sheesh 💯💯💯

First time using this company and i will say it was definitely pleased with the service. The driver was on time, very polite, friendly and understanding. I unfortunately had a issue with communication to my husband about his location so thankfully the driver wasn't upset and had no issues with getting me to the correct destination. The reason for only rating four stars is the woman dispatch was very pushy and snippy. It seems that I was interrupting her life when calling for her company's service.
