Needs to learn customer service and communication skills with "owner". Snarky snotty comments to my dog the entire time. Rude!! Unhelpful! Unkind! Inconsdierate!

I usually call and tell them what I need done and they just tell me to come in I have never made an appointment they have been very good at getting my boys done. I get nails trimmed.
