I would put zero Stars if it was possible. Never in my life have I come across a more incompetent group in a building. More than a month after my wife was hit by a tow truck, her insurance agent and their supervisor we're not aware that the other people's insurance had accepted liability, and that they had been paying for a rental for the last month. It took them over 3 weeks just to total the car. Honestly this has been such a big mishandling, I would not be surprised if it was criminal, and maybe looking into pressing charges. Avoid this building and anyone in it at all costs. Editing this review as a follow up: I sent all the corresponding information to the requested email. Didn't get so much as a confirmation email back. What a joke. Second edit: They called to follow up with this complaint. Quote the supervisor to my wife, "I also get upset when things don't go my way." The condescending attitude is immaculate. They claimed it was the result of a "clerical error", but offered no explanation as to why it wasn't addressed for over month, despite repeated calls about the issue. Appalling.

Sara Leo is the worst claim agent. She has not returned any phone calls or email regarding a claim. I have left over 10 voice mails and 5 emails. Instead she plays games by mailing a letter to the house stating she has trouble reaching me. I would never recommend Progressive insurance to anyone.

Progressive has been a fantastic company overall to work with as I was in a pretty major accident recently! However, have had a few hiccups that are specific to this location. I have some paperwork for a claim that needs to get to this office. I live about 10 minutes away, and it would take just as long to drop it off at FedEx as it would for me to just drop it right at the office. Online it says they’re open from 8 AM to 6 PM. I show up at 4:58 and the door is locked saying they’re open 8-4:15 PM! So now I’m about to go drop it off with FedEx anyway because I don’t have time for this tomorrow. The FedEx is literally less than 5 minutes from this office but now they probably won’t receive it until tomorrow afternoon (all because their hours aren’t up to date online). Also, I cannot find a phone number anywhere that actually goes to this office. Maybe because it’s after 5, but even the number I found with a local area code goes to the national Progressive line (and the person there couldn’t even confirm what the office hours for this location are).
