I’m trying to fix my snap benefits and it’s Friday and it was 4pm I called the number and got connected after waiting like 15 minutes which is fine then the guy said something was wrong with his computer after I waited over 10 minutes for him to “pull up my profile” then tells me that he will cal me back when it comes up and that there’s nothing he can do at 4:21 . I said don’t you close in 9 minutes? He said no. Which was a complete lie becuase I had to call back to wait on the phone for another 30 just to realize no one is picking up my call. This is so unprofessional and disgusting. Lazy people who work here

The place where you send your documents is not dss. Its our scanning center. It all depends on the received date via the post office. If yoy mailed something I would wait about 5 days beforw calling the benefit center.

If u have huskey insurance u can ask for veyo transportation they could help however ur doctor have to fill out a letter and send it over to them, just try n see what happen
