l think they may have to hire a few more people. 1 person seemed to be the only one working at one of the ( what seemed to be) a pretty busy time. It took forever to get the coffee and it was Luke warm at best. It was awful.

My boyfriend went to Dunkin on market street this morning to get our coffees and a donut for my daughter. He ordered two hot coffees and his came out as an iced coffee. They always make it how they want and not how the customer wants it.

Absolutely ridiculous they lost my order took 22 minutes before they asked for my order a second time and then it comes out cold😤
