I have never had a problem with Glass City until I bought some of the Delta 8 wax the other day and the container was completely empty. I called up there 15 mins after I left and they said no exchanges and that I had to email the customer service people to talk to them. I emailed them first on Saturday and again today and nothing after the lady said it would be 24 hours. I understand you can't exchange things but if you purchase something that is empty then why should you have to go through so much to either get the money back or get the same product again. Anyways check your wax containers before you leave or you will go through the absolute most to get it "figured out."

With so many people opening these shops, it was hard for me to find a good fit with the numerous ones out there. Word of advice that can maybe save someone else some disappointment... Start here and stay here! Clouds, hemp house, mt. Rush smoke ( whackest name ever) these stores can not hold a candle to glass city... Selection, price FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!!! Glass city is a gem 💎

I felt very welcomed here and Lexi was extremely friendly and educated about the products. She helped me pick out some beautiful glass and also gave me some more information about CBD. Will definitely be returning for some more products!

hemp flower is way overpriced, also they sold me a grinder that doesn't really work and then wouldn't make it right. Though they did offer a discount on a new one which is nice I guess. They have really good deals on glass sometimes too.
