I came here to buy some clothes for the beach. Went to try them on. Every dressing room was a mess. 2 of the doors wouldn’t even lock. There was no attendant on site. The store was trashed. It looked like it was just looted. Three of the shirts I bought had holes in the back of them from where someone punched the tag through it. The cashier said “that’s how we tag”. Umm no usually they are tagged through a seam to keep something like this from happening. Or so I thought. This store looks like it has no leadership.

The management here must suck because the store is always filthy and terribly understaffed. Anyone could get a job here. I saw a young lady at work with a crop top on and her entire stomach exposed. Not a good look for work, very unprofessional.

Giving 1 star for the cashier because she was sweet! The store is in shambles and needs to be shut down for a good cleaning and reorganizing. This store will very understaffed and corporate needs to step in and help their staff ASAP!

I've been to this store (store #42) several times since just recently moving here from Delaware & have had plenty of great interactions with the employees. However today the interaction that I had with this one employee who I have never seen was terrible. Her attitude was disgusting when returning two items. However the manager Todd stepped In & was a great help. I hope you guys take this complaint serious. She had other customers looking while she's continued her disgusting behavior & it won't just impact me by other customers as well.
