Several years ago, I had this place replace the movement of my Invicta, Swiss Movement. Ive since had my services at the same location. Today, I brought the same watch in for an battery, and the attendant says I need an new movement. I explained that it was replaced there several years ago, and he says they don't keep records, and I need the receipt. I wear this watch about 5 times yearly. I have 3 others that I wear, that I also havserviced there; including my wife's 2 watches. I am NEVER doing business there again.

Customer service is excellent. My watch was repaired quickly and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The watches he has for sale are also affordable! I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a watch repair. It’s worth the hassle of going to the mall.
