Waterford Apartments

I personally loved Waterford. Unfortunately there was a couple things i didn’t like myself which is why i moved but i enjoyed my home there for the time being. It is very quiet and the residents are super friendly and respectful. It is clean, everyone picks up their trash and keep the dumpster area clean enough to contain where it’s supposed to be. Unfortunately not everyone there is friendly so you might get complaints if your animal is making noise or you get a bit too rowdy in your apartment. Waterford staff takes their apartments and residents care serious and they contact quick if you have problems or need anything resolved. It is a nice apartment for very affordable price. it made me feel more secure about a gated community but The gate to the apartments is always broken or under maintenance (not sure). You will not have your own washer/dryer in the apartment so you’ll have to share with the building (which in my opinion sucks because ppl aren’t considerate of your laundry), i got my laundry moved several times and sometimes people put your laundry on the floor or they leave it in the dryer for hours. Other than those few things, Waterford location is great; there’s plenty of grocery stores around in the area and parks for kids/pets.

It’s been a month since move-in. Although this complex is convenient (location, pool, gym,) and the staff are nice, it is not what I thought it would be. It seems as though the inspections are not taken seriously when a tenant moves out/in. Within two days of living here, the dishwasher needed to be replaced (it has been 3 weeks since this was reported), cracks on appliances, toilet not working multiple times, and I even received another person’s transaction via email which is a breach of HIPPA. The entrance is supposed to be “gated” with a code to drive in, but the gateway continues to be detached/broken. There has been no communication in regards to this. I am really hoping for improvement.

For a first apartment I am glad I live in Waterford Apartments. It's pretty much quiet there's a security entrance gate as well as a police officer that lives in the community. I pretty much feel safe here, had a little bit of issues in my apartment but it was fixed promptly. I'm not going to say my apartment is perfect but its pretty nice compared to the other places I've seen for a reasonable price. Haven't experienced any rodent or bug problems. They really keep the outside nice and they keep the insides of the complex tidy. My experience so far is good 👍🏽

So far it has been a pleasant experience. Clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend Waterford apartments as a premiere contender for renters who are looking for a clean community with hospitable staff and affordable prices - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings.
