HORRIBLEEEEEERRRREEE Deplorable treatment with a military family. The manager at this hotel was not cordial and helpful to us. My husband is ready to deploy and instead of helping us and accommodate my husband they just jack up the government rate by $57 extra per night. We are a military family we live on a budget, I was not trying to reserve a room for leisure it was for my husband who is coming to base to get ready for deployment I understand the policy and all of that but after talking to Hilton customer service and the property manager representative and explained what had happened they could of done more then just said well the rate went up I’m sorry. Hilton is a big company and I am pretty sure Hilton would have been ok to allow us to make the reservation at the $97 rate instead of $154. If I had the money I wouldn’t care. But my husband has to go out to sea to fight for this country so we can live a comfort live under a budget. Is a shame this hotel would treat us this way and added more stress to us as if we were not stress enough with my husband deployment. Thank you to the manager who did Absolutely nothing to help us. I was not begging for a free stay nor asking anything for free. I was just asking for the rate to be grandfathered to me as it was not my fault I didn’t make a reservation last night it was hiltons representative fault and because of that I was punish to a higher rate that we can not afford.

This was the worst Hampton Inn that we have stayed in. The air conditioning was broken in the lobby for our entire stay. The poor staff deserve better than this, let alone your patrons! (And the staff were all overly friendly still, even though they were visibly uncomfortable) We understand that upkeep may be difficult due to the location of this hotel, (basically on the Navy base, therefore getting a lot of use) but do better Hilton!!

DUMP! Compared to the dozens of Hilton properties I have stayed at this is by far the bottom of the barrel. Where to begin... Toilet: When flushed the tank wouldn't refill. I have to take the lid off of the tank every time and hit the float for it to work. Then sometimes it doesn't stop filling. Reported to the front desk however when returning from work the next day the problem still wasn't fixed. Still conducting maintenance on the toilet myself. Outlets: At least four of them in the room didn't work. Desk Chair: Broken to where you're forced to fall forward in the chair when you sit on it. Cleanliness: Simple things like the soap dish had black stains on it. I took a tissue and was able to wipe the dirt away with ease. Great location if you're working/visiting the Navy base, but otherwise STAY AWAY!

Hotel service was not what I expected. I surely did gave opportunity to redeem the elevator’s issue. Would Mr. Nassetta stay there after what I experienced? Considering that I have been a Diamond member for most of the last 7 years of me using Hilton hotels. I was booked a room at the top floor (4th floor) without making me aware in advance that the elevator was not working; even after I reached out to the hotel requesting to please book me on a high floor, away from the elevators, and remove all the items made of feather out of the room after I expressed that I am allergic to feathers. Also, On the morning of my first night of stay, I found out that the shower’s cold water was not available, I could not invest the extra time needed to request a new room to be able to shower and be on-time for the purpose of my travels. Furthermore, on my second day of the stay I requested to please bring to the room a clean set of towels, such service was declined, and I had to go at the front desk to pick the towels myself. I felt the expected hotel services were not there. I reminisce of the service of Motel 6 and some other hotels were there motto is “it is what it is.” I am strongly considering changing Hilton as of my hotels to stay during my travels. It seems it is time to seek other hotel service providers.
