My wife and I and our cat moved down here march 2021 and I must say we are very happy. We have the 3 bedroom , which is the upstairs unit. It has 2 bd. down and 1 bd. up, which is a loft ,plenty of room for office, and guest bed. The bonus is a park, pool, grocery store, gas station, and 3 good restaurants, 1-3 min. away. The office staff is great, and Repairs are done on time. OH the beach is 17 min. away . J. and M.

I have lived at Shoreline Apartments for 1 year. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

My husband and I moved here at the end of January from Minnesota and it had been the perfect home for us in a new place! It’s in a great, central, safe area. We’re 15 minutes from the ocean, the bay and downtown Norfolk! The schools nearby are great and we can walk to the grocery store and Mount Trashmore. Management has been helpful and maintenance has been great! Any issues that have come up have been managed in a timely manner. We’ve already decided to stay another year!

Living here for about 2 weeks now and we love it so far! We noticed right away that the staff is very helpful. Maintainence is quick to show up. The grounds are amazing. They're well-kept and the pond is beautiful. I especially love the easy access path to Mt. Trashmore Park. Our kids love it here. We live right next to Food Lion which is very convenient. However, their late night deliveries are very noisy and I'm a light sleeper. That's the only downfall for me.
