This location does not scan prepaid labels to confirm they’ve taken your package. It is more of a good faith/hand shake that they will give your package to the mailman. I did not use this location for this reason.

Not an official post office, but a location that USPS truck will come to pick up stuffs. So, they do not have all service like USPS branch. The big issue is the male staff who works at the counter and always get annoying every time I visit.

The old guy provides the worst usps experiences I have ever encountered. Constantly talking down on me, even if I had shipped numerous time. Took time explaining unnecessary stuff to make you feel you are an idiot, instead of providing actual services. Also overheard him talking to other international students like this, very discriminative.

Horrible customer service. The old guy would ask you to wait in line when you just want to drop off a package. Not to mention they do not provide tape and you need to buy tape yourself. Never had this issue at any real usps location.
