the costumer service here is terrible. especially the manager joe chavez, not only were they having phone trouble..he’s extremely rude. he raises his voice even when you’re being calm, cuts you off, etc. he gave me a whole run around sceneries that never happened when his employee refused to even attempt to deliver my package. the workers are lazy also.

You get what you put out into the world. I made a mistake on a zip code for a package and then it turned out my 85 year old cousin also made a mistake. I was apologetic and said I would look it up when I got home and come back. The employee had time (no one in line behind me) so she had time and checked for me. Kindness and understanding go along way

I waited in line for quite a few minutes and as I did, I observed a lady talk very loud and rude to other customers. I was hoping that I would get someone else but low and behold she was finished first. I came up to the counter and told her I needed tracking on the package. She told me I couldn't use certified mail to mail the package but had to pay more to use Priority. I told her that I'd just mailed the same package to the same place from the Wunsche Loop post office and was able to use certified. She proceeds to tell me that the people over there don't know what they're doing. I politely just picked up my package and left. I refuse to be treated that way. NAOMI is very rude and needs to learn that you can attract more flies with honey than vinegar! All of the other customers in line were remarking of how rude she was when speaking to people.

I went in for a passport appointment, that went fine. I was helped by the black lady with glasses that wears the clear visor over her face (I wish I could recall her name) either way the process wasn’t the issue. I had a family behind me who struggled with English and needed help. The lady helping me kept going on and on about how they needed someone who spoke English because “those are the rules” My brother offered to help and she still kept going about how this is Texas and they need to learn how to speak English. At this point I knew it wasn’t just about “rules” Im appalled by behavior. I usually let her attitude slide but this was just disgusting.

On-line only USPS.com click on FULL SITE if using phone or tablet.
They delivering parcels and collecting mails as normally they do, mails will be resume as soon as possible.

I already move close, and I have problems with my mail... 🤔
Deliveries are tracked with GPS. Call USPS, they can track to actual delivery address and try to retrieve. They can NOT tell you where pkg was misdelivered, for obvious reasons.
