Staff attempted to give false information to force me into a new activation that wasn't required; i called corporate to verify my suspicions and it was indeed verified to be false. All to boost the stores numbers and garner commission. Dishonest and unethical where it serves them. I use to be an authorized retailer, which is how i knew i was being lied to from the beginning.

I was struggling with customer service and another manager at a different store. I called the store and Nick immediately offered to help when no one else took the time. When I went to the store he patiently (very patiently!) completed all my requests. Nick is an incredible employee for AT&T. Thank you Nick.
