I've been a long time customer. I had a problem with the machine and eating up the money. The laundry worker who didn't speak English, said that it wasn't the laundromat's problem and they wouldn't reimburse me. She called the manager and said it was our problem not the laundromat's problem. Never coming here again. Zero stars on customer service.

Washing machine #2 Does Not Work for Liquid Detergent ( Only Powder Detergent ) i lost $5.00 in this machine because Liquid Detergent Does NOT work. i couldn't explain to Attendant bc she speaks Spanish only.

So last night my washing machine decided to give up on me and no longer wanted to spin. After 8 years it is the first failure it has had so it worked hard this far. After looking around for a washateria I found this hidden gem nearby. Industrial machines, snack machines, massage chairs, video games the works. Definantly helped after the headache last night.

Just moved into the area. I found this place by chance. It is always clean. I would give it 5 stars except a couple of things lack here. 1. The washer doors sometimes get jammed and sometimes don't work. 2. The dryers don't all work and 3. It is very HOT!!! We have been here a couple of times and just opted to bring in our fan so that we don't melt. Supposedly the a/c is on but it's still very HOT. The game room is nice and cool but you have to being playing in order to sit in there. I don't think the dryers are well ventilated and there is no insulation on the sheet metal roof...which neither help in this TX heat. Anyways...a helpful tip...BRING YOUR OWN FAN!!!
