I felt profiled and after reading other reviews I know I was be overcharged. The quotes I got were twice what I see others were charged. I heard so much good things at Tide maybe I just chose the wrong location.

This location wouldn't honor my 20% off coupon. The cashier stated that I had to present the coupon at the time I dropped off my clothing. However it does not state that in my emailed coupon. I was charged over $200, so the coupon would have saved me at least $40. I am not returning to this location. The two stars is only for having my clothes ready on time.

I love the pick up/drop service and gladly pay over $3 a shirt for laundering for that convenience, but their dry cleaning prices are absurd. I was just charged over $9 to dry clean a linen short sleeve men's shirt with no embellishments. Another $9 for a similar rayon shirt. That's as much as a sport coat! Time to find another place for dry cleaning.

The staff on drop off and pick up were very professional and friendly. I had a pair of velvet pants that needed to be spot treated and they took care of it. My pants looked great!
