So convenient. I love not getting out of my car at Take 5. Cold water AND smiles everytime I come in. Their love for what they do keeps me coming back oil change after oil change.

I frequently use this take 5 location for oil changes. They have always been so professional and polite. Today I arrived and immediately a technician came out to assist me. I asked for an inspection and was directed to bay 2. Justin was my technician, he was polite and attentive. Justin asked me to wait inside as he completed the inspection. A technician was in the office taking a test on the computer. I also noticed that the service station seemed to be undergoing a sort of inspection by a female supervisor that doesn't usually work st this location. I opted to move forward with an oil change also due to receiving a discount. As I waited three more technicians entered the office/waiting area one of which was the supervisor from another location. They began talking freely and loudly about certain other technicians skills and what she (the supervisor) was happy with. During the conversation the supervisor from the other location dropped the F bomb and also used other offensive verbiage. I found this entire conversation unprofessional and out of line. I was in direct ear shot of the conversation and the supervisor looked up at me multiple times so it wasn't as if the staff didn't see me in the room. Everything else about my visit was exceptional! It does surprise me that the company would have someone in a supervisor position that is so unprofessional.

The guys working are very friendly, HELPFUL and enjoy doing their job. I'm glad that they didn't have power steering fluid for my car. I think that's the one fluid they don't fill. But, in my case it's good because my car only takes a special type and using any other would destroy it. They topped off all my other fluids, aired up the car, gave me some general advice. Very pleased with the oil service, cost, and how friendly they all are. In and out within 15 mins. I've used them before but they were always a little out of the way for me. But, I like the consistency of good service I am going to make this my regular place now.
