Price and quality selection is to my expectations. My favorite part is the huge , and also elegant, choices of ice cream. The bank usually has no wait time.

Customer service manager was extremely rude. Seemed like she tried to get rid of me while still waiting in line. Asked rudely what I needed and said “well our computer is running slow” completely didn’t want to deal with me. Then when I went to cash my check she asked for my id looked at the check was about to start and decided she didn’t have any money to cash. I had my hands full with my baby, full cart of groceries and didn’t even get a “sorry for the inconvenience.” Let me also add that the cashier who helped me was extremely nice and helpful and I will leave her a great review.

Years ago I used to work here. It was a nice store and very clean. Unfortunately it's turned into somewhat of a ghetto Kroger now. Early evenings are very crowded and the parking lot seems like a crash up derby. My last visit took nearly 15 minutes, just for two packs of cigarettes. There was only one woman working the entire store. I honestly did not see any other workers, not one. She was working all six self checkout registers which where the only ones open. All the registers where full and there was a descent line waiting. Mine and two others required assistance as I checked out. Another gentleman and myself waited for her to get a chance to get our cigarettes. It was a nightmare and I could not believe no one came to assist the young lady working. She was doing an amazing job, that I can say was one good thing. This store could use a good cleaning, especially the floors. All that being said, the lines do move ok during the early evening when it's the most crowded. My last visit was very late and I believe close to closing. I give three stars because I k ow this store can do better, much better.
