We love this Walgreens and all of the staff! My son is on the spectrum and he loves to order photos and come pick them up. It's pretty much the highlight of his whole day. We almost know all of the cashier staff on a first name basis, and they are always so patient and kind to my son. Thank you Michael, Tonya, and David for your kindness. ❤️

Today, 07/26 1:35 pm, I went to Walgreens of Rayford to buy a thing. A man he worn a glasses and bit fat, mad at me when I was looking for a thing. I didn’t know that I can go in the area, yet there is a lot of things. I just wanted to buy a filter. I did away the area rapidly, yet he was staring me and he couldn’t find it what I wanted to buy. On the contrary, he said “ I’m done” Another employee, she couldn’t find it too for a while. They cannot understand “ filler” on my gosh. They should not work any companies . Their attitude extremely rude and bossy and inappropriate to consumers. They are shameful as person.

To be honest, this store has a dated, aging appearance and truly needs a refresh, if not a makeover. There are many discolored, blotched, and frankly dirty looking floor panels, plus stained, leaking (or so it looks anyway) ceiling panels such as near the Pharmacy of all places. And the somewhat subdued lighting helps reinforce the overall dingy impression. However, the two employees on duty were proactively helpful -- both were truly friendly and seemed genuinely pleased at the opportunity to assist me in finding what I needed.

Every month for the past six plus months I’ve had to wait on my refill to be ordered and for the passed two months I’ve had to wait after the doctor has called in my prescription for my pain patches to be reordered because they are always out of stock. I think they need better communication with the doctor and patients instead of not letting you know that they don’t have your medication in stock. That way we could at least call around and see if another Walgreens have it and then call the doctor ourselves and get the doctor to call the prescription to the pharmacy who has it in stock. The Walgreens on Rayford and Richards Road has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They act as though they can’t be bothered. The pharmacy needs to hire better pharmacist and customer service employees.
