I don’t know what is worse. The freezer quality food or the fact that I know for a fact they recently held interviews for managers and when people asked for a living wage - they told them they would “call them back if they couldn’t find anyone who would accept lower pay”. Wow. Don’t eat at a place like this. You deserve better. Sweatshop wages is a no.

Currently just left Zaxbys and the girl at the drive thru was very rude. I asked for extra fry seasoning and she stated that I had to pay which was fine. I then ask if they had a different kind of sauce for my chicken strips and that’s when the attitude started! That was very unacceptable and uncalled for..

So I came to this establishment and I was told 10 minutes before closing that they were closed and the staff is just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I really don't appreciate being lied to all because employees desire to be lazy. It was extremely disrespectful because myself and my friend came to try this restaurant and redeem our teachers appreciation gift, I feel extremely unappreciated.

Ever since I went to rising cane's. I wanted to go to zaxby's. If your not familiar with zaxby's there a lot like rising cane's. They specialize in chicken fingers. It's almost like if Popeyes and rising cane's had a kid, you get zaxby's. I ordered there signature spicy sandwich meal with a order of fried pickles. Honestly I feel like a had my fix and I don't need to go back any time soon. My sandwich was good, not great tasting. It was barely spicy to me. My fries and my fried pickles were under cooked. Both were soft and spongy and I didn't feel like eating all of them because of that. Between the good tasting sandwich and the large sweet tea I ordered. I gave them 2 stars.
