Been going here for years and this is the 2nd time I get a few articles of clothing back with stains!!! Unacceptable!!!

I’ve been using this cleaner for 4 months and it’s been okay. The staff is very friendly Today I received 2 items with tags saying that they could not clean the stains safely adding an apology. I spent 10 minutes working in both stains and was happy when they disappeared. remove What’s ironic is that I used the TIDE TO GO WIPES to take the stains out. I need to find a new cleaner.

I’ve been going to this place for a while. They always cleaned and washed everything to my satisfaction. Until the last visit I had with them, I dropped off a Michael Kors blazer. I knew something was wrong when my original pickup date was delayed. Upon getting my garments, I was told by an employee that they had to replace a button on the blazer. I know for a fact that nothing was wrong with it or missing before I dropped it off. I never got a call from Tide regarding a button that needed to be replaced. Tide simply replaced it with a button that you can clearly see is used and not a match to the one the blazer has. After calling the service department and realizing that this problem wasn’t going to be fixed, I decided to not take it back to the store. I reached out to Michael Kors to purchase the correct button, but I was told they don’t sell replacement parts. So now I’m stuck with this embarrassing blazer that I have not worn since the incident.
