I have previously had visits here and never had any problems. Today I made a 10:45 am appt got there kiosk was not working. The lady working there was all over the place walking in room with other Dr. with patients because her printer wasn't working just unprofessional. So I finally get into the room at 12:10 she continues to talk to tech support another 10 minutes about a printer. Then finally states computers are down can't verify insurance. If this was the issue last patient she should have told others so we didnt have to continue to wait for nothing.

My wife took our daughter for an ear infection. They got there, were told there was no wait, then the PA told them she was going to lunch and could not see them. They told her to make another appointment. 70 minutes, they returned for the appointment, just to be turned away again. 3 attempts to give this location business today, and could not get seen, even though there were very few people in line, none in line the first time, and a PA there all three times they went. VERY POOR service.

Amazing service! I couldn't have asked for more for my 2 1/2 yr old. Elicia, PA spent time with us and spoke to my toddler like a grown boy and he responded and received her so well. Doctor visits are typically terribly difficult for us and she got through every task and extra precaution without missing a beat. She was caring, observant and took time to write instructions down for me even without me asking. Elicia, if you are reading this thank you with all my heart. You have no idea how much you've helped he and I today- Thank you.
