No. We don’t judge people and we have quite a few who do wear masks. It is up to you if you wear one or not. We do ask to follow our safety guidelines though.

That would depend on the day of the week. And since COVID things have changed a bit. Usually late night and throughout the midnight hours until about 5 am.

We offer cycling (spin), TRX, Pound, bootcamp, T5, Zumba, and Yoglates. All classes are included with the membership. Come have a look around, were sure you will be impressed with the space and the personable feel.

My apologies. There is a silver sneakers plan and most of the time we are asked if we accept or have silver sneakers. Which we do as membership. As far as a class dedicated no we do not. We do offer classes to our members though as part of membership.

No. We are a family owned and operated full service gym. We have free weights, deadlift stations, squat racks and more. We have cybex and nautilus equipment. We offer a variety of classes and we have a boulder wall with other training options you don’t find at typical gyms.

Bernadette, we have a TRX class monday wednesday and friday at 9 am that is for seniors. It is great for balance, core, flexibility, and strength.

Day passes are $5. You have to be 14 years old to workout.

The lockers are for use while at the gym. We have over a thousand members so we need folks to take their stuff when done working out.

Yes there is a shower and yes they have Wi-Fi.
