Many members find the hydro massage bed or the massage chairs useful. Some use the tanning beds regularly. I find the most useful equipment to be the ab machines. Planet fitness seems to have that area covered better than most gyms. The numerous Smith machines here are also a favorite among useful amenities. Hope this helps.

No, you have to be a member. A Black Card membership is $21.99 +tax per month and that gives you access to the tanning beds
No. There's one guy who teaches classes M-F, and they're primarily equipment based
