Definitely not a good first impression, and definitely not worth the hassle. After months out of the gym because of an injury, I was excited to go back and transfer my membership over since I'm from out of town. The worker at the desk did not transfer my information. Instead, he told me they dont do that and I'd need to go in person to my home gym...four hours away. That's ridiculous. Fortunately, I was able to call my home gym and they told me the same thing. So I think the worker here was being lazy and didnt want to do something he didnt have to, instead left it to me to figure out. Almost cancelled my membership. Not worth the hassle. I can find a better place to work out at.

Honesty used to really love this place because it felt full of life and they had a great staff. Just came back into town and it’s so depressing there. There’s no music or anything, just dead silence. There was a person singing really loud and being obnoxious but the staff never said anything. Really disappointed.

You can go to any planet fitness location with the black card
You have to be a member 3 months at your home club first. Then you can change. Log into the planet fitness website for better details.

Hello! Minors over the age of 13 can only go to the club with a parent or guardian. Minors over the age of 15 can go alone with a waiver from one of their parents on file.
