Horrible customer service fixed my iPad half way Still can't use it. Still have to take it to apple. He couldn't fix the on and off button and unlock it like he said he could payed $160 just screen to be fixed and still not get on it. Suckss... Will take all my stuff to apple from the get. They will fix what needs to be fixed and actually call me when it's ready. Left it there overnight and waited till 3pm still no call.
