Just moved to the area. For some reason the postman is shoving packages into the mailbox that should be there. Causing damage to the mailbox. All they would have to do is drive it down the drive way and put it on the porch. The companies have replaced our merchandise but someone needs to be trained more efficiently and held accountable.

I’ve always had good service when I’ve gone inside, especially from Jill, but for the second time, the postman drove up my driveway and left the package IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY when it’s supposed to rain. The first time was a package of toilet paper. During COVID. When NOBODY was hoarding toilet paper.🤬

Postal carriers cant seem to get the correct mail at the correct address. Careless .... half the time dont pick up outbound mail. Can not be trusted.

Jill is amazing and runs a wonderful operation. Mistakes do happen and I wouldn't let other reviews sway you to a different destination to ship or set up a post office box. I ship and receive quite often and have never had an issue, and in fact have never received sub-par customer service. Thank you guys.
