My grandfather has been staying at this location and I hate it. I live in Missouri and my sister lives down there and has told me what kind of conditions he's been in. Blisters on his feet from FORCING SHOES on him?! Leaving him to almost soil himself while a nurse decides to prioritize cleaning up his food trays. Its abysmal. If you have a choice, do not choose to send your loved one here. They do not care. And if you have a loved one that gets put there, do everything you can to get them out and into a better facility. My sister and I plan on filing formal complaints, as well.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. The staff is horrid. They make the seniors wait around to be helped to the bathroom, they manhandle them to the point they scream in pain. They try and FORCE their shoes onto their feet. This place is an absolute nightmare.

My mother moved into this facility from another nursing home. The staff have been amazing. I get called every time there is a change to the physician's orders as well as weekly updates. Once a week I get a note in the mail about the COVID status of the staff and residents. During our quarterly care plan meetings the staff is attentive, well informed and very caring. My mother is VERY happy here. I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years and know how challenging this work can be. Their communication with my sister and I is very appreciated. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying my Mom was there due to breaking both arms at the shoulders. She had zero use of both arms and zero wait baring. We had our mom moved to Trinity Regional Rehab from the Consulate after only being at the consulate for less than 12hrs, that place was horrible. My sister and I went into Trinity the morning that my Mom was moved, we explained what my mom went through at the Consulate and the admissions at Trinity helped us and had her moved within 4 hours. The staff at Trinity are all truly amazing. Every staff member says hello and greets you with a smile even the ones that don't know you. The therapy department worked hard with my mom and wouldn't allow her to quit and because of that she was able to come home today. After only 6 weeks. Any concerns or questions I had they got answers quickly. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They became like family to me and my mom. My mom was actually teary eyed saying good bye to them. However she will be going there for out patient therapy I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

As far as I know it is but I suggest going to another facility. The rehabilitation part is quite good considering Covid restrictions but the day to day aspect leaves much to be desired There are some hard working and wonderful nurses and cna’s but they are over shadowed by a full shift of bad nurses and cna’s. Interestingly enough the bad and mediocre cna’s seem to work the same shift as the bad nurses.
As long as their shots are up to date and you bring in a copy, they are allowed.
Come in person, just say receptionist that you like to apply and she will give to you app, Ask for Kris human resources dir, or Scot ADON..its great place to work..
Highly recommend!
We do have open positions at Trinity Regional Rehab. Please, call or show in person and ask for HR director .Its great place to work.
You have confused us with the medical center of trinity hospital. I do know that unit is scheduled to open soon.
No
