Received a fast appointment date when Dr called them. Technician was professional and knew her job well. They also have an open MRI available if you're claustrophobic. Highly recommend them.

Any other year, I'd give 5 stars. Not today. My June 6th appointment was moved to 6/27. Then it was moved to 7/5. Today Kim told me a message was left 6/26 by Vanessa to reschedule. But that phone call was to tell me the tech was sick, so I was reschedule for today. Never got a message or call to confirm or reschedule today. Maybe because of the holiday? But that’s no excuse. So here I am, rescheduling with Kim, who feels awful about my predicament, for 7/8 at another office. Both times before I called back to reschedule. Since I did not receive a call or message, I could not do that for today. In the future, I'll call the day before to confirm. Unfortunately 7/4 was the day before & a holiday. I also should have rescheduled the first appointment (6/6) to first available at any of their offices.

My Dad has had pretty much positive visits, even though it might not be what we want to hear, the staff is pretty curteous and friendly, and willing to help.

I had a poor experience on my only visit. I was sent from my primary care doctors office for an urgent visit. After waiting my turn and showing the doctors orders which stated that it was urgent I was told there were no open appointments. I asked if she saw that my doctor labeled the visit as urgent and the front desk employee giggled. I wound up going to the ER instead.
