Staff is completely incompetent. They don't know how to dial a phone # correctly. Don't trust them with your body. Literally surgery at home with non sterile equipment is safer than going to these people.

One of the best surgery experiences I have had. I get very lightheaded with needles and the nurses and the anesthesiologist were quick, helpful and very patient with me. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. Their staff is friendly and everything was clean and well kept. If I ever need anything I will be sure to come back here.

Had sinus surgery here in 2016. After surgery I felt rushed out. I was barely awake when they sent me home. I wasn't evven in recovery more then 5 minutes. Over a year later I received a high bill for a charge on an experimental device that was used without knowledge. My Dr not once told me he would be using anything experimental nor did the surgery center. They claim I signed something saying if something wasn't covered by insurance I was responsible. Yes I did sign it, however I did not sign nor approve any experimental device that had steriods in it. I should have been warned about it. I have been through cancer and have auto immune issues. Steroids lower the immune system and should have never have been used. I also ended up with a fungal infection after because of it and it took several months to even find out that I had one. I never would have approved anything experimental. They refused to do anything about the bill even with them making thousands off of me. They waited over a year to send me the bill then just expect me to pay it. That is wrong. My wife called and was told the Dr and the surgery center was at fault for using something they thought was covered, but wasn't. So they admit doing wrong then punish me. I am going to be getting a lawyer to see if there is anything I can do for them using an experimental device I was never warned about. Perhaps I have a malpractice suit. Stay far away from this place.

This was the best experience I've ever had. The surgery center is spotlessly clean. The entire staff is very welcoming, professional and super friendly. Had my 17 month old sons surgery here. Was super fast and everyone was great with him. The lady at the front desk is fantastic. All 3 of his nurses and Dr. Ruis the anesthesiologist were amazing. They treated him like he was theirs. Dr. Merchant is the best ENT around. I can not say enough good things about our experience there. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
