This store is my Goto for what I need. Whether its using the copier, fax, or needing shipping labels. The employees are always kind, helpful and greet you with a "hi, how are you?" I also have to mention Seven, she works in the printing department! She is so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to see her when I come in to the store!

When I heard from another location that this store, specifically printing giving people multiple problems, I did not expect it to be serious. I’ve had multiple blueprint papers in color done from Office Depot, and didn’t think it was going to be a hassle. I got a call the morning of the order, was told I could not print a picture of the stadium due to trademark concerns. I could understand but they made it a point about the cost not being worth it to them. I went ahead and cross off anything trademark related on the print, called back again and asked if this was going to be a hassle. Ding, ding, ding, you guessed it…. They still can’t do it. They advised me that color was not able to be done on blueprint paper, which was not correct, because it’s been done multiple times from multiple locations. So when I addressed that concern, and said i would take it in black and white, they objected and said blueprint is only for lines, which again, was not accurate. So when I stated again, that it’s been done, the manager said “that’s a lot of ink to use”, in which made it clear to me that they cared more about their costs than customer service. Congrats, you guys really lived up to your reputation.
