The worse since when do you have to pay $500 if you drop the van at another uhaul location, yup that’s what Jean-Pierre said him and another employee I was shocked so a friend went in to make sure I didn’t misunderstood and yes I have to pay $500 if I don’t bring the van back at their location smh so apparently if I had to drive 200 mile using there uhaul I would have to drive another to drop it back to avoid paying the $500. Plus for some reason they said my card wasn’t working so I needed to pay $100 to secure the truck. When I just used my card to withdraw cash. So I didn’t get the truck because the reasoning was insane so I ended up paying $100 to a guy with truck to offload my merchandise when in actuality if I got the uhaul I would of paid $38-39 something. And yes after leaving their uhaul branch I used my card it was fine. 😡 😭

Rented 2 u hauls to move from my apartment to my new house with my wife. They were able accomadate us same day for 2nd rental and we're very nice. Marcus was super helpful. The other manager was also very nice and super helpful. When we found there was a little broken glass in the rental he was more than willing to clean it out before we took it. They went above and beyond and I would specifically go back to this u haul for my rentals.

Absolute terrible customer service. Had booked a truck online, and when I showed up at my reserved time, the truck is not only not reserved, they didn’t even have one available. The clerk at the desk did not offer to look around to see if a truck of that size was available anywhere locally. He basically shrugged me off and said well, it looks like you’ll have to take the smaller size truck, what is your credit card? Immediately walked out, called U-Haul Corporate, and was referred to the Niagara Falls location on military, which exceeded any and all expectations. Please see my five star review for them. The store, however, if I could, I would give zero stars.
