I LOVE this gym! The staff are helpful and friendly. The common spaces are kept neat and clean. I see the cleaning team working consistently and the people at the front desk will even walk around to pick up any weights that mat have been left laying around. The studio classes are excellent. I really enjoy the various bike classes and Body Pump and Barre. It is a little expensive but when I factored in all that I was getting like free in body scans to enhance and target my workouts better, access to every CF in the city, and the option to rent my own locker for $25 a month, well it was worth it. CF is more than a gym, it's literally a place that helps you to invest in your overall health. AND it's on my insurance list, so I can get reimbursed for going. I highly recommend all CF Fitness Centers. Start at LS and explore more.

No indoor running track. Personal trainers added fee. Locker facilities include sauna, steam room and showers; some upcharge is required for personal locker space. Spaces are adequate for exercise but is inclusive of pass thru traffic areas. Serious fitness. Lots of mirrors but no fluff.

Maeve was a splendid spin instructor! Except halfway through I realized she was only playing Kids Bop covers. Weird, but not necessarily bad.

Clean gym. For the most part. The staff was friendly however improvement is always welcome. If it wasn’t for the city of Philadelphia smelling like urine I’d totally come back. Not that I will at least no time in the near future.

Logan Square is $100/month or $90 after you complete a little scavenger hunt "tour of the city". The others are cheaper
If you sign up at Logan square, you can use all the facilities. But I'm not sure about the cost, but membership is upfront and kind about it.

Yes, there is both a steam room and a sauna. The men's locker room and women's locker room each have their own facilities.
