As far as I know it is but I suggest going to another facility. The rehabilitation part is quite good considering Covid restrictions but the day to day aspect leaves much to be desired There are some hard working and wonderful nurses and cna’s but they are over shadowed by a full shift of bad nurses and cna’s. Interestingly enough the bad and mediocre cna’s seem to work the same shift as the bad nurses.
My wife did go there, and in hindsight, she agrees with your assessment. Will not return for the next knee.
