Quite, clean, well maintained. Office staff are very professional and respectful of your needs and concerns. Maintenance staff as well. Great team here. I truly enjoy my living space and location 😌 No complaints! Lived here going on two years.

This is the first apartment that I have moved into, and all I can say is wow. Riverside Village along with Princeton Management have been nothing but accommodating and extremely generous to me and the needs I might have. Very lovely ladies at the main office, its a shame I don't remember their names but they extremely sweet to meet. When I requested to allow my pet to move in they not only were accepting of this but also were kind enough to have a picture of him included on there wall in the office. Maintenance responds within seconds and have always been extremely fast, efficient, and extremely easy to talk too. 5/5 If I ever do go looking for a new apartment, I'm going to hold them to a high standard.

Ive been here for 7+ years and the office and maintenance is the best I've ever had! Shout out to Kenny and Blake in maintenance for ALWAYS making my place look perfect in any circumstances. Shout out to Cassie and Kim in the office for being so patient and cooperative in these times! Always profesional. Always helpful. Always nice! Thanks again Riverside crew!
