Very poor service! We came to this place so see some hardwood samples for our new house and as soon as we walk in we experienced unpleasant welcome. The lady at front desk told us we can’t be there unless we have an appointment, and she didn’t offer us next available time we had to ask when it’s their next opening. It looks like we interrupt her social media chat so sad because people complaining about loosing their jobs/businesses due to Covid-19 but in this situation I don’t feel bad! On the positive note there was another hardwood store right next to this and their customer service was outstanding so they got our business! Sorry Galleher, you will not see us shop at your place ever again!
