During the heavy rain the water was coming into my apartment, this happen last year as well and I had a table that got messed up and has water damage, and I was told by maintenance that everything was fixed well when it happen again I knew it wasn't, I had left a voice mail on that Wednesday the 3rd but it was after work hours, On Thursday I spoke with the young lady she took my work order down however on Thursday I heard maintenance leaving my upstairs neighbor place and I ask him to step in so he could feel the floor and see how wet it was, on Friday morning he returned and took care of the matter and showed me what the problem was I forgot his name but I hope he stay around he's a great worker and seem to care about people needs Thank You For Fixing The Problem In A Timely Manner

I’ve been living here for six years and I need to have my carpet clean they need to paint my washer and dryer does not work properly dishwasher does not work properly and when you call me to put in for service order nobody ever return your call or it takes him three months to come out and fix your appliances I pay too much when I pay $1200 to live here in’s ridiculous and I am totally dissatisfied with them company

I would like to give a big shout out to Antonia the office manager and the other staff members including maintenance at Pebblecreek Apartments. From the very beginning of the application process til I signed my lease December 20, 2021, Antonia has been highly professional and very communicative throughout the entire application process! Pebblecreek is my new home and so far I love it here! It's perfect for ME!!! Thank you Antonia and the other staff members at Pebblecreek Apartments!!!

Yes we do accept section 8 vouchers, we accept anyone who qualifies. At this time we're only accepting applications for our waiting list, estimated time for a 1 bedroom is at least 120 days.
Youll have to call the office. I do believe its income based. They do offer 2 bed and 2 bath.
Yes, Section 8 is accepted at Pebble Creek Apartments. I am a resident who knows personally of at least 3 or more.
Nice, safe community. Five minutes from major streets. Access to stores and restaurants. First floor apartments all have outside entry doors.

I know of someone who has been there 10 plus years and IT IS NOT WHAT IT USE to be ! Half if the summer the pool is closed.....the person i know has mold from leaking pipes .....the UPKEEP is not the same ! And within the last year ive gone thru there to see 300's and chargers on bricks with all the thing you cant do its not worth it ! Sorry ....but go take a look see your self ! And also there was an issue with the posting of the rent but please go see for your self ....but if im paying 900 over i want to use the workout room the pool and not have my car vandalized just to be in Southfield
