I've been living here since 2019. My experience overall hasn't been terrible. I do believe the complex is trying to make changes to improve the living experience here. My biggest pet peeve is the trash outside the buildings , in the hallways and elevators . ...in the evenings after housekeeping is done working. It's so embarrassing to invite people over and they have to see that mess. I don't even understand how people are OK trashing their "home" like that. Otherwise I really like the apartment itself, the space and I love the pool too.

I lived here for almost 2 years 1 year ago. Decided to come back and write a review. I loved my experience here. No major complaints. My unit was exactly what I toured and expected. Perfect location and size. maintenance was fast and efficient when I had issues. The leasing office always had someone there in the office or answering phones when I needed anything. The only minor downfall is that I had to get a money order every month to pay rent which was inconvenience for instead of just paying online, but I went straight to my bank and got one for $1 so it wasn’t breaking my pockets or anything

Been staying here a little over a year. Elevators are always down. Power goes out often. The downstairs entrance door is always broken. Gym and pool close at 5pm when that’s the time most people get out of work so most are unable to use. Rent was just raised too with no improvements on building.
