This is a good choice for someone looking for an apartment and nice area in Southfield. The apartments are very spacious, with nice walk in closets; However, I would have to give it a 3 because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness from the manager Kelly. Which makes it hard to decide if continuing to stay here is the right choice because the apartments itself are beautiful.

The units are basic, but clean and well maintained. The building manager Kelly is responsive to maintenance requests and sorts out problems in a reasonable time frame. Gigabit fiber internet is also available from ATT. That's worth a star all by itself. I've lived here for 4 years now, and I've enjoyed it.

I do not live here, but they refused to answer any questions about the units over the phone. I simply asked if they offered washers and dryers in the units. Instead of a simple yes or no I was told that I had to come tour. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
