Is your place friendly to older people, 70ish.and do you go up on the rent often, I'm asking for my mom who just turned 70

Nice, safe community. Five minutes from major streets. Access to stores and restaurants. First floor apartments all have outside entry doors.

Friend of mine stays there. They say, there is handicap parking (by request) if needed. Sidewalks are wheel chair accessible (if that helps). Community is nice.
