This is a condo of primarily owners and they very rarely lease. If they had a 3 bedroom available, it would likely be around $1900.

Is maintenance available during emergency ? Is this a smoke free environment? How is noise factor in this building?

This building is very quiet. The common areas such as the lobby, community room, underground parking are smoke free. Maintenance is available in the building until about 5:00 but you are responsible for your own unit unless it's a building problem
