Water leaks in bedroom that my towels are beyond wet. Chelsea claims there is no corporate person in charge of the property. Would not allow me to speak with management and claims that it's not an emergency when water is coming inside of window over an electric plug. Safety hazzard

This is by far the worst apartments I have stayed and the manager carol and the rest of the staff is very unprofessional…earlier this week I sat on my balcony and noticed a unit that had over 30 flies in one window a few days later I notice it was more so today I decide to take my trash out and notice the balcony has triple amount of flies so I walk around to the front of their building I notice another window had flies me being a concern neighbor hoping no one has fallen or passed away or anything else horrific I call the front desk no one answered i called 5x in between one of the calls I left a voicemail stating I was concerned. I didn’t wanna call the police being concerned so I decided to again and someone answered and I told them again I was concern because I seen a unit with alot of flies in the window one of the staff on the phone goes to say we have it under control you could of left a voicemail you didn’t have to call so many time..so you saw me calling failed to answer that could have been a possible emergency and someone needed help but u wanted a voicemail instead..it shows me how the staff really are care about their tenants..they only care about your money at this apartment not your safety again staff is very rude and unprofessional

Not a good place. I can’t wait until my mothers lease is up. They move new tenants in without shampooing carpet. If they say they did don’t believe them. Management have REALLY bad attitudes. My mothers building had a skunk family living under it and the first floor tenants could smell the skunks Coach House did not pay for the pest removal but the tenants had to. Tenants were fearful for their safety my mothers apartment smells awful

Not safe (PLZ READ) my cars have been broken in to 3 times. there is no cameras and the gate stay’s open. last summer the found a dead body in the back of a car behind my building. They have done nothing to keep us safe. I don’t suggest anyone to move here.

The apartments are updated as needed. I am not aware of any security issues. Carpet cleaning is required yearly, per the lease agreement. At tenants expense. Rental increases are determined by the market analysis. Sometimes yearly sometimes not. I can not answer the noise question. Depends on many variables.
We just offer one and two bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhouses.
Trust me when i say this, you do not want to live here.
Unfortunately we are not offering any specials on our two bedrooms.

Credit is one component of an approval for residency. We do not pay attention to anything medical or student loans. But do consider collections and all other accounts. We look at the whole picture i.e Credit, Employment, Income and Previous/current Landlord history. We also do a criminal background check.
It depends on your credit. It can go from 1 month-1.5month rent I believe
