If I could give zero stars I would. The power constantly shuts off. I Have NEVER had as many power outages as I have with energy united. Their equipment is old and needs to be replaced but they are too CHEAP to replace it. Very unfortunate they are the only choice we have for power. Some of our neighbors have Duke energy and the majority of the time when we are without power the Duke energy customers have power, so please explain that!?!? Response to your response: You sure are much quicker with Responding to negative comments and trying to Make your company not look bad then You are with turning the power back on! Look at how many negative reviews you have. If customers had any other option rather than you you would be out of business. And I am not a valued member, I just have no other choice unfortunately!!!! Filing a complaint with the North Carolina rural electrification authority. Sick and tired of Worrying about something catastrophic happening… resetting my clocks and having no AC!!!!!

I have never been so mad. There customer service is terrible. They encourage online bill pay, but don't support you when your cc is stolen. There communication style is to shut off your service with virtually no warning. Never have I dealt with a worse company. So disappointed.

Everytime I log in to my acct I have to change my password. I added auto pay last month and the system didn’t apply the payment this month. Horrible technology platforms.

No, but their payment system has been down and they are having lots of calls so it is hard to get through to a person.
Hi Suzette, There is a payment kiosk at the Cornelius, Lexington and Statesville locations. If you would prefer to stay local to Denver, the Denver WalMart also accepts payments as a third party payment location for EnergyUnited. Additionally, you can pay online by logging in to 'My Account' on our website - we no longer have fees associated with that payment method. We hope this helps!
