Sedulous is the best, super clean new facility with everything you need for a good workout. Chad is a great coach and takes the time to breakdown movements to avoid injury. They also have an in house stretch and cupping facility, T does great work there!

First time signing up for a gym and I like crunch! The people are nice and the prices aren’t that bad. The only negative would be the showers. I had to go to work after the gym and the showers were kind of grimy, clumps of soap and hair but other than that it’s a good gym.

100% YES! - As long as they are following a specific program design for youth athletes, under the proper professional supervision! Not only will weightlifting not harm them, but comes with numerous benefits your children can use both in and out of the gym! The Truth: Youth resistance training creates a foundation for the future, actually reduces risk of sport related injuries, builds self-esteem, builds strength, promotes a healthier body composition, improves sport performance, and add variety to movement! Debunk the Myths: There's no scientific evidence to support the negative accusations that resistance training sees, especially stunting growth. A well-designed and supervised, resistance training program can actually improve bone growth and development. Resistance training is only unsafe if it's unsupervised. You wouldn't let your child practice resistance training without an experienced coach just like you wouldn't let your child play contact football without a helmet. Although accidents can happen, the key is in providing qualified instruction. The only true requirement for youth resistance training is the ability to listen and follow instruction. When children are ready for organized sports - which usually happens at around age 7 or 8 - then they are ready to be exposed to resistance training in a safe environment. Regular practice in resistance training can benefit any child - even those who are not on an athletic team.
We will have our doors open as long as we feel we can provide a safe environment for your health and wellness! (And as long the government allows us too!) We have two very large bay doors inside our 3300sqft of space that keep it extremely open and airy! As well as, with no AC, it's pretty hot! The virus thrives in cooler tempertures than our building. Our platforms and squat racks are all 8ft apart, making for very easy practive of social distancing. We are also implementing a sign in procedure during this period, ensuring there is only a certain number of members within the facility at a given time.
We do a full deep clean of the equipment, floors, bathrooms, and anything you can touch after our morning session, and upon closing! We also ask our members to carry a personal spray bottle and towel with them (we supply), to clean everything as they go! Our Coaches wear masks for in-person sessions, we offer virtual training, contactless payments, and hand sanitizer/cleaning solutions are provided! There has been a lot of fabuloso, simple green, klorox, and bleach used over the past several months. However we are happy to say we have not had one single issue within our gym. We believe in having a clean facility and these procedures were already a normal practice for us so there was not an extreme change as COVID began to increase in case number. Just a bit more OCD about it!
