To make it clear I’ve never eaten here but as a dasher, they lady in the front and the cooks in the back take a very long time too process orders. They usually get the customers orders wrong and the lady in the front clearly doesn’t care in the slightest if she loses customers. I walk in and almost every time I’ve been there, the other customers are complaining. Like why not hire a young person who’s willing to put in much better work for the same pay who actually needs it? Not some lazy person who acts all hot and then can’t even speak correctly to the customers or delivery drivers? That’s not in reference to their bilingual skills, because they do speak creole and English, it’s just the fact she’ll come up, mumble some words under her breathe and not even look you in the eye, like learn how to communicate.

If you’re not a person of color don’t bother coming here. I’ve been here several times and each time I’m ignored, but everyone else who would come in AFTER me would be noticed. I would even stand at the counter and say ‘excuse me’ and they wouldn’t even make eye contact. There was a gentleman inside (Haitian) and he even told me they would ignore me and he was right. Also, the food tastes good, but they always mess up my order. I don’t know how it can be so hard to put the MEAT in. That’s the main part of the dish. This is why I always check my bag before leaving.

Food is good fort the most part but youll wait 40+ minutes and also when you call and make orders its litarally for no reason sometimes because when you get there and tell them your order name thats when they'll start to make it then so the entire time a persons on the phone taking up an order that they know they will not make is really unprofessional i support Black Businesses but i dont support unprofessionalism atleast hire more workers if the vast majority of customers waiting hours at be and the cashier person is just simply clueless as to whats going on please do better my Zoes
