We wanted to buy a vacation condo in Lake Norman and one weekend my husband and his friend drove in and called Mike and asked him to show them around! Just like that out of the blue. Mike spent a lot of time with them and showed them the area even though he had no idea how serious (or not) they were. My husband liked the area and when I came down a few weeks later, Mike was out of town but he connected us with Yuri. Yuri showed us a few places and was able to zero in on what we liked. He was very attentive and pleasant and we had a great experience. The five star experience really came after the sale, as strange as that sounds. Yuri helped us (we are from the Northeast) find plumbers and painters and even emptied our mailbox. I was blown away by how nice he was. He really didn’t have to do all that and our experience of owning a home in a different state would have been entirely different if it wasn’t for him. He made a stressful time soooo much better. I’m very grateful for that. I highly recommend him as a real estate agent. Thanks guys:)

My husband and I researched Lake norman for a couple of years before we decided to move down from NY. We wanted to rent a property for a year before buying a home to make sure it was the perfect fit for our family. Realtors from other companies didn't want to be bothered with us. I guess a rental wasnt a huge commission check for them. Beth was the only realtor that was eager to help us with our search! When we met Beth for the first time, she was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the Lake Norman area. We were so comfortable with her. It felt like we've been friends for years. Beth showed us numerous rental properties and drove us to many surrounding towns around Lake Norman. She even offered to take us out on a boat so we could experience the lake first hand, but unfortunately the weather was not ideal. After living in a rental for a year, we decided to start our search for a forever home. We knew the only realtor we would go with was, Beth! She knew the area like the back of her hand and was genuinely a good person, who truly looked out for her clients. When we finally found our dream home, Beth handled everything! Inspections were done, paperwork was drawn and all we had to do was show up to the office to sign the paperwork. It was a breeze! Any questions we had along the way, Beth always got back to us the same day. Beth is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her!
