Comfortable units, attentive staff, and generally quiet atmosphere

It's a decent place to live. I can't lie about that. but it's nothing fantastic. The best thing about it "to me" was the views (in which you pay for) When I mean the views. The best thing to #Me (IMO) or most beautiful things was catching the sunrise and the sunsets.. But that's FREELY provided by the Universe. But you will #PAY to see them, living here. Pretty avg /standard 2bdrm. Stainless Steel appliance (I wasn't crazy about stayed full of hand prints and showing the way you wiped the appliances down. Decent but #overpriced #IF you're paying Market rates. Half the market rate cost if for the area, and then there is (was) a small monthly charge for parking in addition to the rent, in which you MIGHT want to pay, b/c it can be HARD finding a park on the street, depending on when you get home. Security in the building went from 24\7 armed, to #Unarmed 4pm-8am Mon-Thurs and all day Saturday and Sun. Out of all the security that worked in the building while I lived there, for the most part they were all "good people". My ISSUE: Currently #STILL waiting on my Security Deposit. I've been waiting since 3/2020. I know Covid hit. then they have "new mgmt". I'm still waiting today is July 20, 2020. Isn't there a law about how long they have to return security deposits. I'm looking into this now.
