First Watch

My girlfriend and I got here at 10am on a Sunday and it was very busy. Thankfully we pre-reserved and only had to wait 5 minutes before we sat down. Our waiter was great even with it being a full house and was quick to come grab our order. It took 27 minutes from us ordering till the food hit the table. I ordered the Tri-Fecta and she ordered the FarmHouse skillet hash. For how much it cost is was a fairly small portion and the pancake was pretty dry. The skillet itself wasn’t anything special but the fruit preserves to spread on the toast were amazing. The food was fresh and tasted good, but missed a few marks. We were happy with the service and quality but for the price and portion we received, we weren’t blown away.

Featured item this month was the Trailblazer and it was absolutely delicious. Came with him cool roasted turkey house roasted sweet potatoes scrambled eggs lemon tahini arugula and a fresh avocado.

Absolute horrible experience with my delivery order through their website!!! I ordered two items directly through them and specifically asked for no cheese on my salad which was one of the entrees, and guess what…It was full of cheese and the avocados are brown! I even called to let them know right after I placed the order to pay attention to my request that I specifically notated on my order and they still got my order wrong! The other entree that is their seasonal short rib special came with only one piece of meat that was completely full of fat!!! On top of that the hash browns and onions were burnt!!! Both orders can’t be eaten and when I called they refused to correct my order and redeliver it. Instead they said I would have to re-order it all again and wait for a refund for the incorrect order. On top of that when I said I would just like a refund issued immediately they told me that the manager was in the kitchen cooking and will call me back when the restaurant closes. No apologies…NOTHING! It’s as if they are use to things like this happening! I now have almost $40 wasted and have to deal with waiting on them to get back to me for their mistake!!! This is unacceptable and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with food delivery from a restaurant, I would maybe expect this from a fast food chain, but not a lin establishment like this. I will definitely tell people to stay clear of this location!

This was our first time at First Watch and I was thoroughly pleased. I ordered the Watermelon Wake Up & Elote Hash Bowl and they were both delicious!! The watermelon wake up was refreshing and unbelievably fresh tasting!! The Hash bowl was a very good portion for the price!! I was also able to try the bananas foster French toast and was impressed!! Not too sweet. Just right ! Our server, Tainisha was lovely also!!! I would definitely recommend First Watch! I’ll be back!
